Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment (Monday-Friday) by USPS or DHL Express
Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. All orders are sent by Tracked Mail.
Please note that on bank holidays we do not ship. Your order will be dispatched on the next working day.
In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, then we at Haroshee will be responsible and will send either a replacement or issue a full refund depending on the buyer’s preference.
